I strive to hold a safe space to navigate the highs and lows of this journey called life! I align with mindfulness-based practice along with challenging and emerging new beliefs you have about yourself. Exploring how our thoughts create our reality, I want to work on making that a comfortable place you find within yourself.
I specialize on exploring how past events can impact our present moment and strive to help you break some of those ideas to create new ways of experiencing life. Challenging childhoods, relationships and experiences may have resulted in picking up old belief systems that no longer serve us.
I have 15 years of experience working with all stages of life. I have experience working with individuals who are in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. Sobriety can be a beautiful and challenging thing to grow through. I open space to process the fight against addition and open space for your recovery.
You are worthy and deserve to see the good in yourself!
I graduated from Loyola University in 2012 with my Masters in Social Work. I am LCSW able to provide therapy in the states of Illinois and Arizona.
